Overview:
Soap & Glory is one of our biggest gifting brands UK and globally and are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive future opportunities. As the Global Product Manager for Soap & Glory Gift, you will lead the creation of the product strategy, creative design and assortment portfolio. You will be responsible for the delivery of these plans and the end-to-end product development from creating compelling consumer led concepts to the finished product.
Key Responsibilities:
• You will lead the strategic direction and concept creation for the Soap & Glory Gift Offer and work collaboratively with the Snr Product Manager to build product strategies & product assortments.
• You will own the delivery of these plans with cross functional teams.
• Leading the end-to-end product development for your categories from concept through to range planning, design and development, ensuring the on time delivery of the product plans.
• You will develop a deep understanding of the consumer and be able to translate macro trends into micro product detail e.g., packaging, formulation, fragrance & design to effectively deliver consumer relevant qualities
• Lead the relationship with the cross functional teams and agency partners (specifically packaging design and fragrance houses) where relevant and their work on our brands from brief & evaluation.

• Passionate about product and the consumer, her needs and wants and delighting her with best-in-class products and experiences.
• You are a forward-thinking relationship builder and leader of teams, with experience of leading virtual teams and sharing best practice through matrix working with Global teams.
• A strategic thinker – finding growth driving opportunities and delivering brilliantly
• A driver of change – leading the way and role modelling new processes for others
• Detail oriented, always striving for best-in-class delivery – on time, in full, right first time and commit to achieving this
• Strong experience in product development and specifically experience within the gifting category and ideally bath & body (although we will consider candidates who can demonstrate the required skills in other related categories and areas)
• You can demonstrate an understanding of manufacturing and production methods of the category. Your colleagues will look to you for your knowledge in our supplier’s capabilities and assets (although we will consider candidates who can demonstrate the required skills in other related categories and areas)
