Overview:
Are you a Content Creator who loves creating impactful, engaging, social-native, and relevant content? We’re hiring an Assistant Social & Content Manager to join No7’s growing in-house social team and create content for multiple channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
You’ll work with the Social Media Manager and alongside a fellow Assistant Social & Content Manager to ideate and create content for brand campaigns whilst being ahead of trends, we want you to challenge yourself on new content avenues and how No7 can tap into these moments. Whether you’re creating content behind or in front of the camera, or briefing creators and agencies on your behalf, you will thrive in taking No7’s content to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be crafting and executing thumb-stopping content for the UK’s No1 Skincare brand that resonates with our audience, whilst exposing us to new demographics across the total beauty category to enhance our social media presence.
• Ideate, develop, produce and edit high-quality, on-brand content including video, photography, copy, and graphic design for social. Always seeking out new formats and production methods to enhance delivery.
• Produce self-filmed content with confidence and quality.
• Stay on top of social media and beauty trends, reactively creating content with our social and brand strategies in mind.
• Brief talent and agencies to create content, reviewing content
• Attend shoots, events and other brand activities to capture content. This may fall out of regular office hours.
• Feed into the social media calendar, working hand in hand with your peer to input content with consumer mindset and brand priorities top of mind.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to understand their content plans and how you can connect and utilise content to create efficiencies.
• Input into regular social media reporting, to ensure you are taking learnings from previous work to enable further growth on our channels.
What you’ll need to have:
- An excellent track record of delivering social media content at pace
- Experienced in feeding into total brand and social media plans and, who understands the breadth of social media channels and best practices.
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of content creation: storytelling, angles, lighting and transitions.
- Passionate about social media with experience working across social media platforms.
- Experienced with video editing software and design tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Able to work in a highly matrixed organisation.
- The confidence to present and influence senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely and productively with your team, internal partners and external agencies.
