British women are reporting feeling more tired than ever, according to research from No7 Beauty Company. Over 70% of UK women said their sleep was poor including 17% who said they suffer from insomnia*. Financial concerns, family worries and relationships were all given as underlying causes and all the women were keen to understand what help they could get to enjoy a good night’s rest.

Beauty products to support better sleep
