Conversations around the menopause have started to accelerate in recent years. It’s a topic that has had so many taboos for so long, but that’s all starting to change.
At any given time, 1 in 3 women are experiencing menopausal or perimenopausal symptoms. As the number one skincare brand in the UK we feel we can play a key role in supporting women through this time in their lives.
The No7 Beauty Company’s Global Beauty Academy have been talking with No7 teams about the menopause for over two years and have created a new documentary, ''The M Word'', to mark the next chapter in that journey.
They worked closely with a number of No7 team members who bravely shared their own personal menopause journeys and took part in an in-store menopause experiment, a first for No7 and Boots.
