The International Day of Women and Girls in Science is implemented by UNESCO and UN Women, in collaboration with intergovernmental agencies and institutions, as well as civil society partners, that aim to promote women and girls in science. The day's purpose is to promote full and equal access to participation in science for women and girls. Over 70% of science-based roles within No7 Beauty Company are filled by women, across departments such as Research, Product Development, Safety, Regulatory and Claims. We interviewed some of these inspirational women to learn more about their science backgrounds, their day to day roles and get their top pieces of advice for other women and girls who might be interested in a career in science.
