The last 12 months have been full of highlights for No7 Beauty Company, creating the best in beauty for everyone and bringing world class luxury to millions at affordable prices.
The year started with a bang, with the inaugural No7 Beauty Company Showcase in partnership with the British Beauty Council. Here the No7 Beauty Company brand portfolio was seen by the public, key media and influencers, and prominent figures from the world of politics.
Later in the year saw the launch of the innovative No7 Pro Derm Scan service, a game-changing diagnostic service which gives customers the ultimate in personalised, accessible skincare and cosmetic recommendations. Within the first month, No7 advisors had scanned 100,000 customers!
There were also strong product launches across the other brands, and global expansion saw Soap & Glory and No7 land in new markets (China and Australia respectively) with great success.
Digital transformation has also been a key part of the plan for the two ‘direct-to-consumer’ websites, No7Beauty.co.uk and LizEarle.com, with a number of new payment methods being introduced over the last few months.
Alongside multiple awards wins for both products and the business, and a continued focus on Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) goals, it has been a strong year for No7 Beauty Company.
