About the role
Within No7 Supply Chain Development & Analytics, you will be working in the Supply Chain Analytics team, an area that specialises in providing reports and analytics for the wider business.
Your role will primarily support existing reporting commitments and progress upcoming project work to provide business insights and track business performance against KPIs.
Become a subject matter expert for part of the business and support the business with driving change, commercial decisions through data analysis, reporting and insights, and drive on customer self-serve capabilities.
Working collaboratively and continually improving existing processes to enhance our team’s capabilities across No7 Supply Chain Analytics.
Analysing and optimising data outputs to ensure the business is kept updated via reports and our self-serve dashboards.
Building automated solutions for reporting and analysis purposes.
Continually improving existing processes to enhance our team’s capabilities across No7 Supply Chain Analytics.
Working in an Agile manor provide accurate, cross business functions aligned outputs.
Support maintenance of live infrastructure for data, reporting and analytics
Drive capabilities development while instilling a self-serve culture.
Show innovative thinking and have an eye for opportunities when looking at potential problems.
What you’ll need to have
Relevant previous experience or a degree with strong quantitative elements (i.e., includes statistics modules)
Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems, using available data to develop scalable solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you will be potentially presenting complex results to less technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and rigor for accuracy.
The drive to proactively investigate / report potential problems.
Ability to organise and prioritise own workload, to balance supporting existing reporting commitments with project timelines.
Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and communicating progress and status updates.
Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
Be able to simplify and explain, complex technical models and outputs to key business stakeholders.
Curious, analytical problem-solving mindset.
Commercial acumen to understand raw data and present the story as output.
It would be great if you also have
Proficiency in a coding language such as SQL, R, Python etc.
Familiarity using relational databases such as SAP, cloud infrastructure environments and data lake warehousing (e.g. databricks).
Demonstrable record of delivering results in a commercial environment.
Expertise in working with large structured and unstructured data sets.
